Please fill out entire form, and then click on the submit button. You will automatically be entered for a chance to win a Furnance Clean & Check service for your home furnace by one of our professional service people. Your free Gas Furnace Clean & Check service must be redeemed/used before February 28, 2010 or offer will no longer be valid. Only one entry per person. Entries must be received on or before January 10, 2010 and become the property of Meyer Companies Inc. (“Sponsor”) and will not be returned. Sponsor will not verify receipt of entries. Entrants must be an internet subscriber as of November 26, 2009.

Eligibility: Contest is open to residents living within 20 miles of Meyer Companies corporate office at 100 N. Griffith Blvd, Griffith, IN. Entrants must be 18 years of age and older as November 26, 2009. Free Gas Furnace Clean & Check cannot be transferred to any other person and is redeemable only by qualified winner. Employees of Meyer Companies, their families, parents, siblings, spouses and other persons living in their households are not eligible to win.

Drawing: A random drawing for one (1) winner will take place on or about January 20, 2010 from all eligible entries received on or before January 10, 2010. Sponsor will conduct the drawing and its decisions are final and binding in all respects relating to this contest. Odds of winning depend upon the total number of eligible entries received.

The prize is not transferable. No substitution or cash redemption of prize are permitted, except at the sole discretion of Sponsor. In case of cancellation or unavailability of the prize, Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.

Prize Notification: Potential winners will be notified by telephone at the phone number provided on the email entry form within five days of the prize drawing. If a potential winner cannot be reached by telephone after three attempts during Sponsor's normal business hours, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected following the same procedures. Winners will be required to complete and sign an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release which must be returned within seven (7) days after issuance of prize notification or the prize will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner.

Additional Terms: By participating, entrants agree that these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor shall be final in all respects, and that they release and discharge, indemnify and hold harmless, the Sponsor, the prize supplier and their respective directors, officers, agents and employees ("Releasees") from any and all claims or causes of action arising out of or connected with the conduct of the contest and the participation of each entrant in the contest and the use, misuse or non-use of a prize. By accepting a prize, winner agrees to Sponsor’s and its designees’ use of his/her name and/or likeness for advertising and publicity purposes in any media without compensation or permission. As a condition of entering the contest, participants agree that (a) not to claim or accept any award for, and participant hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental, consequential or any other damages, (b) all causes of action arising out of or connected with the conduct of this contest or the prize shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and (c) any and all claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pockets costs incurred but in no event attorney’s fees.

Limitation of Liability: Releasees are not responsible for (a) computer, typographical, human or other errors, including, without limitation, errors which may occur in the administration of the contest, the announcement of the prize, the processing of the entries or in any contest-related materials, or for the use, misuse, or non-use of a prize; (b) late, incomplete, illegible entries; (c) entries that are processed, reported or transmitted late or incorrectly or are lost for any reason, including computer or human error, or electronic, computer damage, omission, interruption, defect or delay in operation or transmission, or any combination thereof.

Administration: Sponsor is not responsible for any computer or human error which may compromise the administration of this contest. If, for any reason, this contest is not capable of running as planned, or if infection by computer virus, bugs, or tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, actions of entrants, technical failures, or any other causes of corruption affects the administration, security, integrity or proper conduct of the contest, Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any entry or entrant and/or to terminate, modify or suspend the contest and award the prize from among all eligible entries received up to the date of cancellation or suspension.

Winners List: For the names of the winner, visit the Meyer Companies’ website at www.meyersgriffith.com after June 25, 2005. Winner name will be posted when the drawing has been conducted and the winner has been verified.
